Here is the registration form that is needed to enroll your student (or yourself) in our SPRING 2024 session.

New Students: Please download the form, and fill out one for each new student. Either bring the form to us on Registration Day, or email the completed form(s) back to us at kim@riom-sd.org, which will let us know in advance that you plan to attend.

Returning Students: We will provide you with a filled in copy for each of your students on Registration Day. At that time, you can check that all the information is correct, and update if needed. This helps us make sure we have the correct information and saves you time.

We provide free music instruction, sheet music, materials, and the loan of instruments for your student. There is a Registration Fee of $30 per student for each session (Fall, Spring) due at the time of registration.
